Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information is handled when you use lacasa.az. The site is operated by La Casa Dei Sogni. For privacy questions, contact office@lacasa.az.

The site uses a night-only appearance, so no appearance preference is stored on your device. The state of the social-links panel, open or dismissed, is kept only for the current browser tab and disappears when you close it. This information is not used to create advertising profiles. Technical log information needed for secure and reliable requests is also processed. If a page of the site fails to load, a one-time reload mark for that page is kept in session storage, so the page reloads once and does not loop; it is removed after the page loads normally. Everything the Texture preview tool stores is described in Cookies and device storage below.

The tool lets you take or upload a photo of a room, choose one or more surfaces in it and a texture for each, and get one picture made by AI. The picture is an impression of the textures, not a promise of how they will look in your room.

Before any AI sees your photo, faces in it are blurred on our own image server. Anthropic (Claude) then looks at the face-blurred photo to find the surfaces and objects and to write the directions for your picture; any face it still finds is blurred too. Google then makes the picture from the face-blurred photo.

Your photo and pictures are never written to our servers' storage, and we keep no copy, not even to improve the tool. A face-blurred copy of your photo waits in our server's memory for up to 10 minutes after your last step, and a finished picture for up to 3 minutes until your browser collects it.

The tool is intended for adults aged 18+. A Cloudflare Turnstile check confirms that a visitor is a person before pictures can be made. To keep the tool fair for everyone, fair-use counters run for 24 hours on each device, and use of the tool on a device may be paused for a limited time, up to 30 days, to prevent abuse.

The cookies and storage listed in this section are set by lacasa.az itself. The analytics tools we use are described in the section "Analytics and session recording". The Cloudflare Turnstile check loads from Cloudflare and may set Cloudflare's own security cookies, covered by Cloudflare's privacy terms.

Cookies set by this site:

• __Host-vz_dev: a device id that lets the tool count your pictures on this device and find the small record and any reminders described below. It is kept for 400 days and renewed each time you start the tool.
• __Host-vz_ses: a short pass issued after the human check that allows picture requests for 2 hours.
• sidebar_state: may be set to remember whether a side panel is open or closed, for 7 days.
• __Host-lc_consent: remembers your choice about the analytics tools, for 180 days after you accept. See the section "Analytics and session recording".

The first two cookies are sent only over secure connections and cannot be read by page scripts.

Stored on your phone: vz.prefs in local storage holds three yes or no flags, recording that you have seen the first-time hint, the hold hint and the iPhone Home Screen sheet. The tool also keeps, in your browser's own storage, your last photo, up to 8 pictures, unfinished work such as your chosen textures, your notification and reminder settings, copies of finished pictures so they open from your phone, and a small background script that receives the picture-ready notification. All of this stays until you clear this site's data. Your photo leaves your phone as soon as you choose it, to be checked and to have its surfaces found, not only when you start a picture.

What our server keeps:

• A small record of your last texture and its page, up to 12 recent textures, the language and two hint flags, for 400 days from its last update.
• Fair-use counters for your device and network connection, restarting every 24 hours, and pauses of up to 30 days; all deleted 30 days after their last change.
• Never your photos or pictures: they wait only in memory, as described in the AI section above, and are not kept.
• For the network counters we keep only a one-way code made from your network address and your browser type; the network address itself is never stored.
• Technical records of the tool's steps and picture requests: which step, its result and how long it took, the texture codes, and a short one-way code of your device; never your network address, your photo or any text. Each request's small record is deleted automatically 30 days after the request.

Notifications are sent only if you ask for them. If you do, we store the notification address your browser gives us, kept encrypted, with your language and time zone, and for each reminder you ask for: its time and the page to return to. A reminder is deleted 48 hours after it is sent or cancelled, and the address 90 days after it was last used. You can switch notifications off at any time in your browser's site settings.

Calendar reminders store nothing with us.

Services involved:

• Anthropic (Claude): looks at your face-blurred photo to find the surfaces and objects and writes the directions for your picture.
• Google AI: makes the picture from your face-blurred photo.
• Cloudflare: hosting, our image server, security, the Turnstile check, and the connection to our AI providers.
• Notification services run by your browser's maker (Google, Mozilla, Apple or Microsoft): deliver the notifications you ask for.
• WhatsApp: only when you tap its button, after which its own privacy terms apply.
• Google, Yandex and Microsoft: analytics and session recording. See the section "Analytics and session recording".

How to remove what is stored:

• Chrome on Android: open Settings, then Site settings, find lacasa.az and clear its data.
• Safari on iPhone: open Settings, find Safari, then Website data, search for lacasa.az and remove it.
• Desktop browsers: open the browser's Settings, then Privacy or Site settings, find lacasa.az and clear its data.
• If you added the site to your iPhone Home Screen, deleting its icon deletes its data.
• Menu names can differ between browser versions.

The record on our server ends by itself 400 days after your last visit. To have it deleted sooner, write to office@lacasa.az.

If what the site stores changes, this section and the last updated date on this page will be updated. Questions are welcome at office@lacasa.az.

We use three tools to see which pages are used, how people move through the site and where it breaks, so that we can improve it: Google Analytics 4 (Google), Yandex Metrica with Session Replay (Yandex) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft).

What they collect:

• Pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and time on page.
• Your device and browser type.
• Your approximate location, taken from your IP address.
• The page that sent you to us.
• Identifiers kept in cookies: an id for each browser, not your name.

Session recording: Yandex Metrica Session Replay and Microsoft Clarity record clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and the page content, so that a visit can be replayed. Text you type into forms is masked and not recorded. The appointment form and the Texture preview tool, including your photo and your pictures, are hidden from recordings. Clarity keeps recordings for 30 days.

Advertising: Google's advertising features are switched off on this site. Microsoft Clarity may set Microsoft cookies on Microsoft's own domain, including MUID, which Microsoft also uses for advertising.

These companies may process the data in other countries.

When we ask you: if you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or a few related territories, or if we cannot tell where you are, we ask you first. Nothing from these tools loads until you press Accept cookies. In other countries we do not ask; the tools start after the page has loaded or at your first tap or scroll.

Your choice is kept in our cookie __Host-lc_consent for 180 days after you accept. When your choice ends, or when the list of tools changes after you accepted, the rules above apply again: in the places listed above we ask you first; elsewhere the tools start after the page has loaded or at your first tap or scroll.

• Google Analytics, _ga: distinguishes users. 2 years.
• Google Analytics, _ga_S2J3NPFQ3D: keeps the session state. 2 years.
• Yandex Metrica, _ym_uid: identifies the browser. 1 year.
• Yandex Metrica, _ym_d: date of the first visit. 1 year.
• Yandex Metrica, _ym_isad: checks for ad blockers. 20 hours.
• Yandex Metrica, _ym_visorc: lets Session Replay work. 30 minutes.
• Yandex Metrica also uses other short-lived cookies and storage items. They are listed in Yandex's cookie documentation opens on an external site.
• Microsoft Clarity, _clck: keeps the Clarity user id and settings. Lifetime not published by Microsoft.
• Microsoft Clarity, _clsk: joins page views into one recording. Lifetime not published by Microsoft.

The appointment form does not create a reservation. Your preferred date and time form a request that a member of staff must confirm separately. The form accepts your name, company or professional role, telephone number, email address, service interest, preferred date and time, and any note you choose to provide.

Information is used only to receive the request, notify authorised La Casa staff, contact you, coordinate the appointment, prevent abuse and protect the service. Submitting the form does not automatically confirm an appointment; the team contacts you separately.

You must agree to this policy before submitting the form. You may choose not to consent and contact La Casa by WhatsApp or email instead.

Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, medical information or other specially sensitive information in the free-text note. Do not provide information that is unnecessary for coordinating the appointment.

The site may use technical infrastructure and service providers needed to receive requests securely, prevent automated abuse and deliver requests to authorised staff.

Information may be processed by providers only as necessary for those purposes and under their applicable privacy and security terms. A delivery channel that is inactive or may change is not presented in this policy as a current feature.

Personal information in an appointment request is retained only for as long as necessary to manage the request, meet legal obligations and protect the service. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised under the applicable retention and deletion rules.

Although no internet transmission is completely risk-free, access restrictions and appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are used to reduce unauthorised access, loss and misuse.

Information is not sold or shared for advertising. Only authorised La Casa staff and contracted technical providers that operate the request service may access it. Information may be disclosed where required by law.

The site offers links to external services such as WhatsApp, social networks and maps. Once you open an external link, that provider's privacy terms apply. Site fonts are served locally from the La Casa server.

You can clear local storage and session storage through your browser and choose not to open external links. You may contact office@lacasa.az to ask whether information about you is held, request correction or deletion, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Reasonable requests will be handled within an appropriate period, except for limited information that must be retained for a legal duty or security evidence.

If the site's operation or information handling changes, this policy will be updated and the revised date will appear on this page.
