The site uses a night-only appearance and does not store an appearance preference on your device. It may store the dismissal state of the social panel for the current browser session in session storage. This information is not used to create advertising profiles.

The appointment form does not create a reservation. Your preferred date and time form a request that a member of staff must confirm separately. The form accepts your name, company or professional role, telephone number, email address, service interest, preferred date and time, and any note you choose to provide.

Information is used only to receive the request, notify authorised La Casa staff, contact you, coordinate the appointment, prevent abuse and protect the service. Submitting the form does not automatically confirm an appointment; the team contacts you separately.

You must agree to this policy before submitting the form. You may choose not to consent and contact La Casa by WhatsApp or email instead.

Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, medical information or other specially sensitive information in the free-text note. Do not provide information that is unnecessary for coordinating the appointment.

The site may use technical infrastructure and service providers needed to receive requests securely, prevent automated abuse and deliver requests to authorised staff.

Information may be processed by providers only as necessary for those purposes and under their applicable privacy and security terms. A delivery channel that is inactive or may change is not presented in this policy as a current feature.

Personal information in an appointment request is retained only for as long as necessary to manage the request, meet legal obligations and protect the service. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised under the applicable retention and deletion rules.

Although no internet transmission is completely risk-free, access restrictions and appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are used to reduce unauthorised access, loss and misuse.

Information is not sold or shared for advertising. Only authorised La Casa staff and contracted technical providers that operate the request service may access it. Information may be disclosed where required by law.

The site offers links to external services such as WhatsApp, social networks and maps. Once you open an external link, that provider's privacy terms apply. Site fonts are served locally from the La Casa server.

You can clear local storage and session storage through your browser and choose not to open external links. You may contact info@lacasa.az to ask whether information about you is held, request correction or deletion, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Reasonable requests will be handled within an appropriate period, except for limited information that must be retained for a legal duty or security evidence.

If the site's operation or information handling changes, this policy will be updated and the revised date will appear on this page.
