The highest form of aesthetics demands zero error. We analyse the nature of wood using advanced artificial intelligence analytics and the micron sensitivity of German equipment. Every microscopic parameter, from the internal tension of the fibres to moisture balance, is digitised. REPAIR & SANDING
We repair, level and sand the surface for an even coating
Visible defects are corrected, edges are refined and the surface is sanded in a controlled sequence. Dust is removed between operations so scratches, loose fibres and contamination do not remain under the next layer.

COLOUR & PRIMER
We build colour and primer layers in the approved sequence
The selected colour direction is transferred to a reference sample, then stain, isolating layer, primer or basecoat is applied as required by the approved system. Edges and recessed details are coated with the same attention as broad faces.

COATING & TOPCOAT
Italian elegance comes to life through touches of micron-level precision.
Colour coats, clear coats or lacquer layers are applied in controlled passes, with intermediate sanding where the system requires it. The final topcoat establishes the approved opacity, pore expression, texture and sheen.

CURING & POLISHING
We let each layer cure before final refinement
Coated components remain in controlled conditions for the required drying and curing period. When the approved finish calls for it, the surface is refined through fine sanding, denibbing or polishing before hardware and assembly contact points are cleared.

FINAL SURFACE CONTROL
We inspect colour, sheen, coverage and cleanliness before handover
The completed finish is compared with the approved sample under consistent light. Colour, sheen, surface continuity, edge coverage, dust inclusions, runs, scratches and handling marks are checked before the component moves to assembly or handover.
