The work begins by translating the measured space, intended use and storage requirements into dimensions, modules, elevations and production details. Interfaces with walls, floors, ceilings and adjoining elements are coordinated before components enter production.

COMPONENT PLANNING

Built-in and free-standing furniture are divided into bodies, fronts, shelves, drawers, plinths, panels and connecting details. This component plan establishes how every part will be cut, edged, machined, joined and assembled.

MATERIAL PREPARATION

CUTTING & MACHINING

Approved component data moves into panel cutting, nesting, drilling, routing and recess preparation. Machining points for shelves, hinges, drawer systems and structural connections are completed before edging and assembly.

EDGING & JOINERY

After machining, exposed panel edges are treated according to their location and final appearance. Dowels, connectors, grooves and other joinery points are prepared so components register cleanly during dry assembly and final assembly.

ASSEMBLY & HARDWARE

Bodies and fronts are assembled in the planned sequence, then hinges, drawer systems, shelves and visible fittings are installed and adjusted. Door gaps, drawer movement, alignment and contact points are reviewed as part of the assembly work.

FINAL INSPECTION

The completed furniture is checked against the approved drawings and finish reference. Dimensions, geometry, visible edges, joints, hardware operation, surface continuity and clean presentation are reviewed before packaging and handover preparation.
